Suspect arrested in fatal road rage shooting at Edgewater Tesla charging station A 39-year-old Denver man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a fatal road rage shooting at a Tesla supercharger station outside Edgewater Public Market in May.Jeremy Smith was arrested by Edgewater police on suspicion of second-degree murder and manslaughter in the May 3 death of 33-year-old Adam Fresquez.According to a news release from the Edgewater Police Department, Fresquez and Smith arrived at the charging station at Edgewater Public Market, 5505 W. 20th Ave., within seconds of each other at approximately 9:39 a.m.Investigators determined that Fresquez and Smith, both driving Teslas, were involved in a road rage incident that culminated in Fresquez being maced and shot twice in the back. Police searching for sex assault suspect in Culver City Police in Culver City are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a man who sexually assaulted a juvenile after entering a residence in the Blair Hills community.  The incident, according to a news release from the Culver City Police Department, occurred on Dec. 2. The adult male suspect allegedly entered the residence at around 2-3 a.m., assaulted the victim and left the residence approximately four to five hours later, at around 7 a.m., on foot.  Police responded to the Blair Hills residence at around 7:45 a.m. after receiving a call about the sexual assault. Police in Culver City are searching for the photographed suspect for an alleged sexual assault of a minor on Dec. 2, 2023.
